The Case Summary page has separate sections (program blocks) displaying program details for any programs on the case. Non-Medical cases have Non-Medical program blocks for Food Assistance, TANF, Diversion, Work Programs, FAE&T, Child Care, and RCA. For a program block to be a “usable program block” it must be a program block for the same program for which the consumer is applying. For example, a Food Assistance application must be reapplied or rescinded on a Food Assistance program block. If the consumer does not have an existing program block for a program for which he or she is applying, follow the Add New Program process to create the correct program block.
