Viewing the EBT Account/Card Information

To view the EBT Account/Card Information in KEES:

1. Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the quick search field from Task Navigation and click Go.  The Case Summary page displays.

2. Select EBT Case List from Task Navigation.  The EBT Case List page displays.

3. Click the EBT Case Number hyperlink to navigate to the EBT Case Detail page.

4. Click the EBT Card Number hyperlink to navigate to the EBT Card Detail page.
