The Child Care Need Parent page captures the reason(s) the parent/caretaker is applying for child care. If the consumer does not have a qualified need at application or review, the program should be denied using a Negative Action reason of No Need Indicated. For more information on using Negative Action see Deny or Discontinue Using Negative Action - FCCC.
NOTE: If all relationships have not been completed for the case, nothing will be available in the Name drop-down menu and a page warning displays.
Select Eligibility from Global Navigation. Select Customer Information from Local Navigation. Click the + beside Child Care from Task Navigation to open the Child Care data collection pages. Select Child Care Need Parent from Task Navigation. The Child Care Needs List – Parent page displays.
Click the Edit button for the record that needs edited. The Child Care Need Detail Parent page displays.
Enter the End Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.
Click the Save and Return button. The Child Care Needs List – Parent page displays.
