Once the application has been registered, complete Data Collection and process the application utilizing the FCCC Checklist.
1. Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number from Task Navigation and click the Go button.
2. Select Customer Information from Local Navigation. The Task Navigation non-financial data collection links display. Certain data collection pages are required for all programs. Others are only used for specific programs.
Click the + or – sign next to Non-Financial, Financial, or Child Care in Task Navigation to expand or collapse the corresponding data collection pages. NOTE on Existing High-Dated Data Collection records:
For Non-Financial, Financial, and Child Care Data Collection records that do NOT utilize effective dating, when a record is high-dated (with no End Date) and no longer applies to the program or person, users should enter an End Date as the last day of the month prior to the first month EDBC is being run for the action being taken. Common pages that may require this action are Pregnancy, School Attendance, Employment, Medical Condition, Income, Resources, Expenses, Medicare Expenses, Child Care Need - Parent, Child Care Need - Child, Parent Schedule, Child Schedule and Family Plan.
