Hiding a Case Person who is not currently in the household from the data collection pages removes the person from the drop-down menus associated with the existing case.
1. Select Case Info from Global Navigation. Select Hide Person from Task Navigation. The Hide Person page displays.
2. Select the checkbox for the individual(s) the user wants to hide from the data collection pages.
3. Click the Save and Continue button.
NOTE: Hidden case members should be "unhidden" (retrieved) before they can be rescinded and approved.
Unhiding a Case Person allows them to reappear on data collection pages and drop-down menus associated to the existing case.
1. Select Case Info from Global Navigation. Select Hide Person from Task Navigation. The Hide Person page displays.
2. Uncheck the checkbox for the Individual(s) the user wants to "unhide" (retrieve).
3. Click the Save and Continue button.
