PA Not Displaying as Casehead (WA492)

There is a system issue that makes it appear as if the wrong person has been set as the Casehead after a new case number is created. This is a display issue only. When workers encounter one of these cases where the Casehead and the Primary Applicant do not match, completing the steps below will update the Casehead section.

  1. Navigate to the Individual Demographics List page.

  2. Click Edit next to the PA’s record.

  3. Click the Save and Return button on the Individual Demographics Detail page (you do not have to update any information).
