If you have a case that No Touch ran through EDBC and you now have a Read Only EDBC that is through the come-up month, please Email your case number into the KEES Help Desk and report the issue as “No Touch Read Only EDBC”. Accenture needs to do a data fix on the case before future benefits can be authorized.
If you need to run an Assessment Only EDBC, once you have Accepted and Saved it, check to see if the EDBC was run through the come-up month. If it is, you needs to Email your case number into the KEES Help Desk and report the issue as “Assessment Read Only EDBC”. Accenture needs to do a data fix on the case before future benefits can be authorized.
