The Reconsideration End Date will display on the Case Summary page between the Review Month and Relationship To Primary Applicant in the Middle Program block. The workers can mouse over the End Date and a pop-up window will appear and display:
Effective Date – The date action was taken on the case.
Begin Date – This first day of the consumer's Reconsideration Period.
End Date – The last day of the consumer's Reconsideration Period.
Note: The Reconsideration End Date will display when the View Date is within the Reconsideration Period. This will also display throughout the consumer’s Reconsideration Period outside of the View Month when the current date is within the Reconsideration Period.
KEES sets the Reconsideration End Date when Batch EDBC or regular EDBC is Ran with RE run reason and the program or person meets the Status Reason Criteria of:
Failure to Return Signed Review.
All Failure to Provide Non-Compliance Reasons.
Note: Reconsideration Period is not historical. Data will only display during a consumer’s active Reconsideration Period. The Reconsideration End Date will display blank once the View Month is outside of the Reconsideration Period. The Reconsideration Period is solely used for tracking purposes. When a late review is received, it is treated as a new application which may result in a gap in coverage. When a Review has been returned late, use Reapply.
See Rescind Program – Medical when a Review is returned timely, but the program was discontinued or closed.
See Reapply Program - Medical When a Review is returned late, outside of the Review time frame, ad the program needs to be reapplied. .
