Regenerating a Document

 

Regenerating a document allows the user to make a duplicate copy of the user selected document.  The document is not able to be edited if it is regenerated.  The user does not have the ability to regenerate a deleted Form or NOA.

 

Regenerating a Document Within a Case

  1. Follow Distributed Document Search Within the Context of a Case.

  2. Click the check box for the document the user wants to regenerate.

  3. Select Centrally or Locally from the Print dropdown menu.

  4. Click the Regenerate button.  The document displays in PDF for review.

  5. Select the Print button. The print options available are specific to the document the user is printing.

 

Regenerating a Document for a Resource

  1. Follow Distributed Documents Search For a Resource.

  2. Click the check box for the document the user wants to regenerate.

  3. Select Centrally or Locally from the Print dropdown menu.

  4. Click the Regenerate button.  The document displays in PDF for review.

  5. Select the Print button.  The print options available are specific to the document the user is printing.
