Registration Validation Messages

Application Detail page – These are all “edit” actions.

When the user attempts to move the BDA backward to a month that is already Active.	Error! BDA – The BDA cannot be moved before an Active month.
When the user attempts to change the BDA to a month other than the Month of Application.	Error! Person Application Date – The Application Date and Beginning Date of Aid must be in the same month and year.	Only KEES Help Desk can move past this validation.
When the user attempts to change the BDA to a month greater than the come-up month.	Error! BDA – Beginning Date of Aid cannot be set to a month greater than the come-up month.	Only KEES Help Desk can move past this validation; however, they should not.
When the user attempts to change the application date to a date that is more than six months prior to the current date.	Error! The application date cannot be more than six months prior to the current date.	Only KEES Help Desk can move past this validation. *This should be communicated to staff as it could be valid that an application was missed.
When the user attempts to change the application date and prior medical months have not been removed. Note: Prior medical months should always be Denied before they are removed.	Error! Must remove retro months before moving application date.	Only KEES Help Desk can move past this validation; however, they should not.
When the user attempts to change the application date and the consumer already has an application for that month/year registered.	Error! An application already exists for the same month and year for one or more persons.	Only KEES Help Desk can move past this validation.

Medical Person Detail Page

Existing	When the user attempts to reapply and the Application Date and BDA are not in the same month and year.	Error! The Application Date and Beginning Date of Aid must be in the same month and year.	Only KEES Help Desk can move past this validation.
New	When the user attempts to reapply using an Application Date that is more than six months prior to the current date.	Application Date – The Application Date cannot be more than six months prior to the current date.	Only KEES Help Desk can move past this validation. *This should be communicated to staff as it could be valid that an application was missed.
New	When the user attempts to add retro months and leaves a gap between the retro months and the application month.	Error! There cannot be a gap between retro months and the Application Month.	Only KEES Help Desk can move past this validation; however, they should not.
New	When the user attempts to add more than one retro month and leaves a gap between them.	Error! There cannot be a gap between retro months.	Only KEES Help Desk can move past this validation; however, they should not.
New	When the user attempts to add Prior Medical months before a newborn’s date of birth.	Error! Retro Months - A Retro Month cannot be added prior to a person’s birth month.

Negative Action Detail Page

Medical – existing	When the user attempts to Reapply for a program person who already has an application registered for this month and year.	Error! New application is for the same month and year as the previous application for one or more persons. You must rescind.	This is a soft warning.
Both – existing	The view date the user is in, must match the BDA	Error! BDA – View Date must be changed to match the Beginning Date of Aid.	Hard Stop for everyone.
Both - new	When the user attempts to set the BDA to a month greater than the come-up month.	Error! Beginning Date of Aid cannot be a month greater than the come-up month.	Only KEES Help Desk can move past this validation; however, they should not.
Medical – existing	When the user attempts to Reapply for a program person and the BDA is not set to the same month/year as the Application Date.	Error! The Application Date and Beginning Date of Aid must be in the same month and year.	Only KEES Help Desk can move past this validation.
Medical – existing	When the user attempts to Reapply for a program person who already has an application registered for this month and year.	Error! You have chosen to reapply. An application already exists for the same month and year for one or more persons, you must rescind that application.	Only KEES Help Desk can move past this validation.
Both – new	When the user attempts to set the application date to a date that is more than six months prior to the current date.	Error! The application date cannot be more than six months prior to the current date.	Only KEES Help Desk can move past this validation. *This should be communicated to staff as it could be valid that an application was missed.
Medical – existing	When a user attempts to Reapply for a program person that is in the Reconsideration Period.	Warning! You have chosen to reapply. One or more persons are currently in their Reconsideration Period, are you sure you do not want to rescind?	This is a soft warning.

Rescind Detail Page

New/Existing	Action	Message	Additional Info
New	When the user has selected either 1^st Mo. Ineligible or 2^nd Mo. Ineligible Rescind Reason and the validation below is not triggered.	Warning! Your new pending month will be <effective date>. Are you sure you want to rescind? This cannot be undone.	This is a soft warning.
New	When the user attempts to rescind a person using either 1^st Mo. Ineligible or 2^nd Mo. Ineligible and it will rescind the person to a month greater than the come-up month.	Error! The program/person cannot be rescinded to a month greater than the come-up month.	Hard Stop for everyone.
