Reindex Documents Button Not Displayed

 

When completing the application registration process, it is necessary to Reindex the documents and task by clicking the Reindex Documents button on the Case Summary page.  If the Reindex Documents button does not display on the Case Summary after completing registration, complete the following steps:

  1. Copy or write down the Case Number from the banner at the top of the page.

  2. Click the KEES Logo to navigate to the KEES Home Page.

  3. Click the Task hyperlink from the Task Portlet.  The Task Details window opens.

  4. Close the Task Details window using the 'X'.

  5. Paste or enter the Case Number in the Quick Search field, then click the Go button. The Case Summary page displays.

  6. Click the Reindex Documents button that displays on the Case Summary page.

  7. If the Reindex Documents button does not display, repeat STEPS 1-6.
