Removing a Verification

 

Any manually added verification can be removed.

  1. Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the quick search field from Task Navigation and click the Go button.

  2. Click Eligibility from Global Navigation.

  3. Click Customer Information from Local Navigation.

  4. Click Verifications from Task Navigation.  The Verification List page displays.

  5. Select  a Status from the drop-down menu.

  6. Select Medical from the Program Type drop-down menu.

  7. Select the check box for the record(s) to remove.

  8. Click the Remove button.
