Passwords must be reset once every 60 days. KEES will remind users at 50 days via Email that their password must be reset. Contact Help Desk if a password has already expired.
Log into KEES.
Click the Password Reset hyperlink from Quick Search section on the KEES Home Page. The OIM (Oracle Identity Manager) sign in window displays.
Enter the User Login and Password. Click the Sign In button.
Click Change Password on the OIM Self-Service window.
Enter the current password and then enter a new password, including confirmation of the new password on the Password Management page.
NOTE: Password Policy requirements include:
The password is at least 12 characters long.
The password contains characters from at least three of the following four categories:
English Uppercase Characters (A-Z)
Base 10 Digits (0-9)
English Lowercase Characters (a-z)
Non-alphanumeric (for example: !, $, # or ^)
The password does not contain any user ID, first name or last name.
The password is not one of 8 previously used passwords. The password is not one of 8 previously used passwords.
Click the Save button.
