Resources - Data Acceptance

 

The Resource List and Resource Detail pages are used to add or change resource records for a case.  All resource categories and types per individual are entered as separate records. Resources are stored at the consumer level, so they will display on all other cases the consumer is on.

 

NOTE: KEES reads all resource records on the MIPPA application for each individual on the case, including $0 records. This means that persons with a spouse on the application could have duplicated records. Remove any $0 income records after data acceptance is completed. See duplicated resource information below for more information.

To add or update a resource record for a case person(s):

  1. Select Eligibility from Global Navigation. Select Customer Information from Local Navigation. Open the financial data collection pages by clicking on the + beside Financial from Task Navigation. Select Resource from Task Navigation. The Resource List page displays.

  2. Click the Edit button for the case person where the New indicator is displayed. The Resource Detail page displays.

  3. Information received through the e-Application may be newly reported, updated, or duplicated information.

NOTE: Newly reported resource information is a record from a new resource. Updated resource information includes information reported on known resources, but with updated resource amounts. Duplicated resource information is a record reported for an already known resource with the same resource amount.

NOTE: For Liquid Resource all owners own 100% of the resource. For Real Property an owner can own a portion of the property. The total ownership of a Real Property cannot exceed 100%.
