SOBRA - Family Medical

This workaround pertains to SOBRA Mom with an Unmet Spenddown; additional information was published in the Dispatch 20150728.

Within the context of the case:

  1. Select Eligibility from Global Navigation. Select Customer Information from Local Navigation.  Select Other Prog. Assist. from Task Navigation. The Other Program Assistance List page displays.

  2. Click the Add button. The Other Program Assistance Detail page displays.

  3. Select the Consumer from the Name drop-down menu.

  4. Select SOBRA Emergency or SOBRA Labor and Delivery from the Type of Assistance drop-down menu.

  5. Enter the Effective Date of Treatment as the first date of approved program coverage. (This is the same date as the begin date of treatment.)

  6. Enter the End Date of Treatment as the last date of approved coverage using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon. (This is the same date as the end date of treatment.)

  7. Enter a Begin Date as the first day of the SOBRA Coverage Month using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.

  8. Enter an End Date as the last day of the SOBRA Coverage Month using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.

  9. Select the appropriate Medical Verified value from the drop-down menu.

  10. Click the Save and Return button.
