Click the View All button from the Task Portlet. The Task Inventory page displays.
Apply filters to search for a list of tasks pertaining to the user's job assignment.
Region: Leave blank
Location: Select the appropriate office location
Queue: Select the applicable queue
Status: Select New
Contact Type: Leave blank
NOTE: To perform a new search with different criteria, click the caret located above the Search Results Summary.
Click the Search button. A list of tasks fitting the search criteria displays. These can be sorted using the carets associated to each listed result. Only one column can be sorted at a time.
