Setting a Case Flag

To create a Case Flag indicator from the context of a case:

  1. From the context of a case, click Case Info or Eligibility in the Global Navigation Bar.  The Case Summary page displays.

  2. Select Case Flag from Task Navigation. The Case/Person Flag List page displays.

  3. Click the Add button. The Case/Person Assign Flag Detail page displays.

  4. Click the Select button.  The Select Flag page displays.

  5. Select a Flag Type from the Flag Type drop-down menu.  Click the Search button. The Select Flag page displays with the results of the search.

  6. Select the radio button for the appropriate Flag Title and click the Select button.  The Case/Person Assign Flag Detail page displays.

  7. If setting a Person Flag, select a Name from the Person drop-down menu.

  8. Select the Program(s) from the Program multi-select box.

  9. Enter the Begin Date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon.

  10. Click the Save button. The Case/Person Flag List page displays.

NOTE: Selecting multiple programs on the Case/Person Flag Detail page displays a record for each program on the Case/Person Flag List page.

  1. Click Case Summary from Task Navigation to return to the Case Summary page.
