Shared Management

 

Shared Management reports contain information used by both KDHE and DCF staff. Shared Management reports include:

 

Report Name

Description
Overdue Tasks Report Provides a list of all tasks that are overdue with any status other than complete.
Manual and Override EDBC Provides a list of manual and overridden EDBC results by worker and case.
Pending Members With No Active Task Report Provides information about pending members on a program block when the case number does not have an associated task.
DW Monitor (DW: Data Warehouse) Operational report informs the user which tiers or levels was refreshed  from the previous run.
Transactions – Direct Entry – Addl Members Operational report on direct entry transactions.
Transactions – Direct Entry – New App Operational report on direct entry transactions.
Transactions – E-Application Operational report on e-application transactions.
Transactions – Imaged Content Operational report on imaged transactions.
255 Detail Listing Tracks a listing of all requests for coverage for both agencies.
255 Active Reviews Received in Past 12 Month Provides counts of active reviews received.
255 Passive Reviews Received in Past 12 Months Provides counts of passive reviews received.
255 Summary Summary of applications, reviews, and information received on denial in the reporting month.
255 Aging of in Process Coverage Requests Displays the number of applications, reviews, and information received on denial that are in process during the reporting month.
255 Application Breakdown Displays number of applications received in the reporting month.
256 Case Maintenance Requests Detail and Summary Displays the number of case maintenance requests received during the reporting month.
257 Medical Eligibility Outcomes Displays number of outcomes at the case level, coverage requests level, and member level.
Contact Log Report Contains data collected from the Contact Log in KEES.
Individual Request for Coverage Timeliness and Outcomes Calculates individual outcome data by the number of days to complete for all completed determinations.
Medical Aid Code Count by Member Age Summarizes how many members have coverage under each major and minor aid code for a 13 month period.
Medical Major Aid Code Change Illustrates how many members change major aid codes from one month to the next.
Medical Program Discontinuance for Failure to Complete a Mandatory Review Displays the number of programs discontinued for failure to complete a mandatory review.
Outstanding Grievances Provides a list of all grievances entered into the Contact Log which have not been resolved.
Program Application Timeliness Calculates and displays timeliness data for completed program applications.
Received Grievances Provides a list of all grievances recorded in KEES.
Resolved Grievances Provides a list of all grievances recorded in KEES that were resolved.
Review Timeliness Calculates and displays timeliness data for completed review determinations.
435 Super Passive – Passive Review Count Shows program counts of passive reviews throughout the passive review lifecycle from candidacy to completion after consumer response.
Workload Inventory Summary Provides current program workload detail information by worker ID.
BPM Outstanding Tasks Categorizes outstanding tasks by worker, team, and queue.
Voter Registration Requests from SSP Provides a list of applicants that have requested to register to vote during the SSP application process.
Long Term Care Member Count Provides a count of Long Term Care members.

ECM Status Report

Provides a summary of received ECM content.
Batch Eligibility Report Displays information regarding eligibility decisions during batch processing.
Interface Monitoring Report Information on status of the interface transaction within KEES.
No Touch Processing Information on the fall out points during the process.
Collections Received by Program and Error Code Information on the money collected through recovery accounts based on the category.
Program Application Timeliness Calculates and displays timeliness data for completed KEES program applications with application dates that fall within the selected reporting time period.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To Access Shared Management Reports:

  1. Select Reports from Global Navigation. The Local Navigation defaults to On Request and the Report Search page displays.

  2. Select Shared Management from Task Navigation to display the list of available Shared Management reports and a description of each report.

  3. Click on the report name hyperlink to access the report the user wants to view.  The Report Parameters page displays.

  4. The Report Parameters page fields are dynamic based on the name of the report selected in STEP 3. Enter all required information and any optional additional information to limit results.

  5. Select Excel or CSV from the Report Format drop-down menu.

NOTE: CSV opens in Notepad. Select CSV if the report is for a wide date range. Excel is limited in the number of results it can contain.

  1. Click the OK button.

NOTE: Reports can take some time to generate and do not indicate they are running after clicking the OK button.

  1. A window displays when the report is generated. The user can open the report locally, save the report, or cancel the file download.
