Too many Program Blocks - Medical - Troubleshooting Registration

  1. I completed the registration process and have extra program blocks. What do I do?

    1. On the Case Summary page a user with the ability to run EDBC selects Negative Action from Task Navigation.

    2. On the Negative Action Detail page, select the appropriate Benefit Month to take action on the unneeded program block.

    3. Select a Negative Action Reason of Application Opened in Error on all program blocks. See Deny or Discontinue a Program Using Negative Action for more information.

    4. Select a Person and Run EDBC for this program check boxes on the program blocks requiring closure. Do NOT select the Run EDBC for this program check box for any program blocks that need to remain Active or Pending.

      • Once the user clicks the Run EDBC button the unneeded program blocks are denied for duplicate application.

    5. The user should Accept and Save the EDBC result and delete the NOA.

    On the Case Summary page the program blocks added in error will be collapsed. Any Active or Pending program blocks remain open.

    NOTE: Remember to run EDBC for a program, the program must have a

    • Program person

    • Primary applicant

    • Worker assigned
