Follow these steps to reassign a program block or a case to another Casebank.
From the KEES Home Page:
Click Admin Tools from Global Navigation. Click Workload Assignment from Local Navigation. The Workload Reassignment Detail page displays.
Complete under From:
Select the Case Number radio button and enter the case number to be transferred.
Click the Enter button.
Click Select to search for the case number if the case number is not known.
Click the Number of Cases radio button in the Reassign Quantity section, and enter 1 in the text box.
NOTE: Although this is not a required field, a quantity of 1 must be entered in Number of Cases when transferring a specific case.
Select the program block to be transferred from the Program drop-down menu, If transferring all the programs on the case, select All.
Verify the Casebank radio button is already selected in the To: section.
Click the Select button to choose the Casebank to which the program is being assigned.
Enter the Casebank as applicable.
Click the Search button.
Verify the correct Casebank is selected on the page. Click the Select button. The Workload Reassignment Detail page displays.
Select the Effective Date radio button in the Effective Date: section, for a future date and enter the date using the <mm/dd/yyyy> format or the calendar icon. Select the Immediate Assignment radio button for all other scenarios.
Select No from the Automatically Reassign drop-down menu.
Click the Reassign button to complete the transfer.
