Unhiding (Retrieving) a Case Person

 

  1. Access the case through Person Search or enter the Case Number in the quick search field from Task Navigation and click Go.

  2. Select Case Info from Global Navigation. The Case Summary page displays.

  3. Select Hide Person from Task Navigation. The Hide Person page displays.

  4. Uncheck the Individual(s) the user wants to "unhide" (retrieve).

  5. Click the Save and Continue button.

 

NOTE: Hidden case members should be "unhidden" (retrieved) before they can be rescinded and approved.

 

NOTE: Eligibility and Registration workers should not use the Hide Person functionality, even when a case person is no longer in the home.  Hide Person should only be used by the KEES HelpDesk.
