Workload

 

Workload reports contain information that can be utilized by staff. Workload reports include:

 

Report Name

Description

Case Administrative Role History Displays a history of current and historic administrative roles for each program on a case
KAECSES Case Number Displays a lookup of converted cases which originated in KAECSES and are currently in KEES
Long Term Care History Provides a history of living arrangement and patient liability information for a specific LTC member
Medical Eligibility History Provides a current and historic view of all medical benefits an individual member has been determined eligible to receive
Pending (Outstanding) Program Applications Provides information about program applications awaiting an eligibility determination.

Pending Program Reviews

Provides information regarding reviews awaiting completion

No Touch Processing

Shows where and why a case fell out of the No Touch process

Monthly PE Discontinuance List

Shows PE discontinuances for each month
MediKan Participants with 11 or More Months of Assistance Tracks month a consumer is eligible to receive medical assistance in relation to MediKan

Case Action History Report

An audit report that tracks the page that every user visits in KEES

Unprocessed Review/IR/12 Month Report

Provides a list of programs that have been discontinued but a review has been received

All Discontinuances

Provides staff with a listing of all persons discontinued from benefits during the Reporting Period

To access Workload reports:

  1. Select Reports from Global Navigation. The Local Navigation defaults to On Request and the Report Search page displays.

  2. Select Workload from Task Navigation to display the list of available Workload reports and a description of each report.

  3. Click on the report name hyperlink to access the report the user wants to view.  The Report Parameters page displays.

  4. The Report Parameters page fields are dynamic based on the name of the report selected in STEP 3.  Enter all required information and any optional additional information to limit results.

  5. Select Excel or CSV from the Report Format drop-down menu.  

NOTE: CSV opens in Notepad. Select CSV if the report is for a wide date range. Excel is limited in the number of results it can contain.

  1. Click the OK button.  

NOTE: Reports can take some time to generate and do not indicate they are running after clicking the OK button.  

  1. A window displays when the report is generated. The user can open the report locally, save the report or cancel the file download.
