Due to high volume, the ImageNow INMAC Queues are backlogged. Staff need to be aware of this as it will impact what actions you are able to take. Until a document has completed the INMAC process, you cannot re-index the documents to a case number. In addition, the documents will all look like one continuous page, rather than individual pages. Please be patient. INMAC will catch up quite a bit over night, but it is hard for it to catch up during the day due to the high SSP activity we are currently experiencing. Please note: Staff are still able to view these images.
If a document is still awaiting the INMAC conversion process, it will display either INMAC Feed, INMAC Error, or INMAC Convert in the Workflow column. Documents in the INMAC Error Queue have to be manually fixed and then put back into the INMAC Feed Queue, so they may take a little longer.

As a reminder, when staff see multiple tax records with older dates that need data acceptance completed, it is an indication that there are previous eApplications that still have tax records waiting to be Accepted or Rejected.
To confirm this is the case, staff can click on the eApp hyperlink and scroll down to the Tax Information section. Tax records that still need data acceptance completed will display a Transfer Status of Pending. If the record had been Accepted, it would have a Transfer Status of Transferred and if Rejected, would display Discarded.
Depending on the number of records, staff may experience some lag time during the data acceptance process – this is to be expected, please be patient. There is no need to submit a KEES Help Desk ticket for tax records that fit this scenario as we do not have the ability to complete the data acceptance on these any faster – each record will have to be done one at a time.
There is currently an issue with Interest, Dividends, and Investment income being counted incorrectly when a consumer has multiple records in KEES. In addition, Interest, Dividends, and Investments are not being counted when the individual income records are below or equal to $50. Per policy if a person has multiple income records, and they are greater than $50, these can be combined into one record. This action is only per person not per household.
NOTE: Step 1 assumes the worker has filled out all the necessary Data Collection pages and is following the standard process to add or edit an income record.
Interest, Dividends, Investments not counting correctly in EDBC:
1. If the consumer has multiple Interest, Dividends, or Investments records that total more than $50 staff will need to combine them into a single dollar amount.
2. Create only one Interest, Dividends, or Investment record using the single dollar amount found in step 1.
3. Copy and paste the following into the Description field: Interest, Dividends, and Investments greater than $50 combined into one record per WA589.
4. Click Save and Continue.
5. Run EDBC for the months needed and verify that the Interest, Dividends, Investments income was budgeted correctly.
6. Include in the journal that WA589 was used and clearly document the multiple resources as they were entered as one record.
NOTE: If the case already has an existing income record(s), staff will need to end date the existing Interest, Dividends, or Investments record(s) for the end of the month prior to the month changes or new benefits are effective. The new combined record will then have a begin date of the first day of the month the changes or new benefits are effective.
