A build is scheduled for this weekend. Below is a summary of what is included in the release as well as any workarounds that will no longer be needed.
Staff will no longer see barcoded documents sitting in an error queue in Perceptive Content. The data (Case Name, Case Number, & Document Type) will now be pulled, and the document will move correctly through the workflow.
An error will no longer occur when consumers click the Give Us Your Feedback link in the SSP.
Workers can now see their Claimed tasks in the Assigned Task queue on the KEES Home page when using the Firefox browser.
The reported issue of apartment addresses, complex name, apartment number, and street number normalized all into Address line 1 has been fixed.
Workers will no longer see Child on PPS Program Block task create on Medical and Non-Medical cases when the FCM or ASM ends for a child.
Workers will see the Case Head Name update (change in last name, lower case to upper case) for a consumer when it is updated on the Individual Demographics page.
The reported issue of the correct date not showing on SSP e-applications after a holiday has now been fixed.
Workers will no longer see the DCF KDOC Verify Incarceration task populate in CURRENT under Specialty.
Workers will no longer see a New to KEES consumer pull information on the Case Member List page during registration. As they are new to KEES, no information should pull for people they are associated with.
Workers will now be able to run Multi-Month EDBC without receiving a 1700 error.
The reported issue of IROD tasks generating in error to a pending case will no longer occur.
Workers will now receive an error when attempting to add PM months for a Newborn who was not born in those PM months.
The reported issue of Person View showing multiple lines of records for the same month has been fixed.
Workers will now see a task feed over to CURRENT when the task status in KEES is set to KDHE-New Information.
KDHE Processing Deadlines for FY 2024 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
The Auto-Issuance Batch for P-EBT will run this weekend. Staff should expect to start seeing open P-EBT Program Blocks in KEES when they return to work on Tuesday. Please do not process any P-EBT cases – this includes running EDBC on a pending program block. There is targeted staff that will process all P-EBT calls / requests / applications. If you have clients ask about P-EBT applications please inform them that applications will be accepted through the Self-Service Portal (SSP) only during the month of February.
The Status Information section of the Employment Detail page in KEES is only used by Employment Services. This is used to track the number of hours a client is working when they are involved with Employment Services and must be completed by Career Navigators – eligibility does not complete this section.

The reported issue of receiving a zero error when clicking on the Edit button by the person’s name in order to update the KWK has been corrected.
The reported issue of the Verification Not Received task not generating has been fixed.
Food Assistance discontinuance NOAs should now display the correct discontinuance date.
The DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2024 have been updated, and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
The PPS Payment Schedule for FY 2024 has been updated in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
