It was discovered that when multiple tasks are added at the same time to the same case, the first request would succeed, but the second (overlapping) request would be rejected. With this Current™ release, we will now be able to identify the rejected tasks and push them back through to Current™. Please note that the action of pushing tasks back through to Current™ will not happen in real time, but rather they will be pushed back through nightly. Also, as a reminder, this is not a retroactive fix – it only applies to tasks generated on or after 1/27/25. If staff discover a task generated in KEES, but did not cross to Current™, please check the task creation date and only submit KEES Help Desk tickets for tasks generated on or after 1/27.
