The issue with SSP images having a different date stamp then the e-App Summary page has been fixed.
The Medical Person History page in KEES will be updated to display Person and Program Review Due Month for each Active member with a review date.

This information will be populated each time a review date is set for an Active member on the case.
Approval and Change NOAs will show the consumer-friendly aid codes which detail the age category corresponding to the aid code to make it easier for a consumer to understand.
The reported issue of the application status not changing to Processed after No Touch is ran on the case has been resolved.
The reported issue of receiving a zero error when trying to generate the KC5720 has been resolved.
The reported issue of CE not protecting CHIP consumers has been resolved.
The issue of KEES not building a budget for PLN/PW but making the consumer an Active member has been fixed.
Staff should no longer receive a zero error when generating the KC4110.
Final KDHE Processing Deadlines - Fiscal Year 2023 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
On December 29, 2022, President Biden signed into law the Consolidate Appropriations Act, 2023. The Act ends Food Assistance EA that was provided by the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). The law terminates EA after issuance of February 2023 benefits. Kansas issues EA the month after the benefit month, which means that the last issuance for EA will be in March 2023. Mass notification was mailed to active Food Assistance households beginning January 26th. The notice will not show in Distributed Documents until middle to late next week.
The IR/RE Adjustment run reason has been fixed to no longer change review due dates to a past date when utilized. As a reminder, this run reason is used when a change is identified that changes the household from a 24-month review to a 12-month review. By selecting this run reason, rules shorten the current period and provide new IR and Review Due months.
Tasks generated from the Provider Portal for Career Navigators have been fixed to no longer generate as assigned for the incorrect worker.
This issue around workers receiving the error message Error! Owner – You must select an Owner when trying to save a Resource record has been fixed. Staff no longer need to click the Add button in the Owner(s) section of the page before saving.
The zero error staff were experiencing when searching by Child Care Provider ID on the Child Care Plan Detail page has been fixed.
The issue with the TANF grant counting in the FA EDBC Budget when the consumer is not receiving TANF has been fixed. Staff no longer need to add a Dependent Care Expense in the amount of the TANF grant as a workaround.
The KEES batch used to discontinue TANF when the time limits are reached has been fixed.
DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2023 have been updated and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
The PPS Payment Schedule for FY 2023 has been updated in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
