EDBC Validation for Reviews:
We are aware that staff are running into issues receiving the EDBC validation for Reviews when they are not expecting to receive the error message. At this time we are asking staff to submit a KEES Help Desk ticket and place the case on hold. Please indicate in the Short Description that you are receiving the EDBC validation message and please indicate in the ticket what your scenario is.
It is critical that you give a brief overview of what the case scenario is. KEES Help Desk Staff will need to review tickets to sort out any defects – please help us by describing the scenario.
