Child Care Federal Poverty Level Updates
The monthly gross income amounts on the Child Care Family Income and Share Schedule will be updated to reflect the changes in the federal poverty guidelines and the state median income levels. The tables within KEES were updated with the January release on January 27, 2019, and the changes are effective April 1, 2019. Staff will notice this when calculating the Family Plan. There will be a batch process to update ongoing cases in mass scheduled and communicated in the upcoming months.
Bona Fide Effort to Sell Real Property
The ‘Bona Fide Effort to Sell’ real property resource value has been added back. Staff can use this value when capturing this exempt resource rather than journaling.
