Medical Programs

 

Medical Review – FIXED

The issue of reporting records not being created, and review forms not being sent has been fixed. For cases that were fixed, the journal language will read as “WR-###### Adjusted review due date to xx/2025”. The program’s next review due date could be set to April, June, July, September, October, or December 2025.

 

Impacted consumers will receive a new ProComms message on 02/04/2025 regarding their new review date, as shown below. This verbiage will be sent via text, email, and phone call in English and Spanish, depending on the consumer’s preferences.

KanCare Proactive Communications Schedule

The KanCare Proactive Communication Schedule is available on the KEES Repository under KDHE Communications. The calendar was updated on 12/09/2024 to include holidays for the months of 09/2024 through 08/2025.
