An issue has been discovered that caused the Verification Timeliness Batch not to run on the nights of 2/1 and 2/3. A catch up of this batch will run tonight.
Staff should not add an end date on vendors with a Priority of 1 or 2. Staff should also never update a Priority 3 vendor to either a Priority 1 or 2 vendor.
All vendors with a Priority 1 or 2 should be high-dated, do not end date these vendors. All vendors with a Priority 3 must have an end date.
Just a reminder, do not use the vendors that show ****DUP RECORD – USE **** . These vendors are no longer active, and the Priority should not be updated, the Priority should remain as 3.
