KEES Upgrade
Case Application section on the Case Summary Page has been updated to show the most recent 5 e-applications. You will be able to sort the e-apps by using the carets to the right side of each column. To see more e-apps you will select the Show More hyperlink.
Calendar Icon will be standardized throughout KEES wherever there is a date field.
Staff will no longer be required to add relationships for persons coded Added in Error or Permanently out of the Home in order to run EDBC.
NOAs Pulling Incorrect Case Information - FIXED
The reported issue of some NOAs pulling in case information from an incorrect case has been fixed. If you experience this issue after the release, be sure to report it to the KEES Help Desk.
Organizations that don't have Language Record on Language Table not being sent – FIXED
The reported issue of organizations not having a language record has been fixed.
Task Inventory Sticky Filter – FIXED
The reported issue of the Sticky Filters Clear Search hyperlink missing from the Task Inventory page has been fixed.
Inaccurate Auto Log Entry for Case Determination - FIXED
The reported issue of inaccurate case determination auto logs populating in the journal has been fixed.
Address Normalization Tool with the KIERA BOT not Working Correctly - FIXED
KIERA BOT will now use the USPS for address normalization.
Medical Base Period sent on KMMS file not Correct - FIXED
Base Periods will be sent correctly to KMMS on the monthly KMMS file.
Process Institutional Newborn Application Task not Feeding to CURRENT - FIXED
Staff will see Process Institutional Newborn Application tasks in CURRENT.
Tasks Erroring when sent to CURRENT for Invalid Office Name During On Hold/New Information Flow - FIXED
CURRENT tasks will no longer show an error for Invalid Office Name.
CURRENT - Issue with Bundling - Follow-up Task - FIXED
Staff will no longer see follow-up tasks not bundling in CURRENT.
Unable to Reassign Tasks Casebank and Queue - Zero Error - FIXED
Staff will no longer see a Zero Error when reassigning a Tasks Casebank or Queue.
BENDEX Tasks Generated on Inactive Case - FIXED
The reported issue of BENDEX tasks generating on inactive cases has been fixed.
Non-Filer Rules not used to pull SP into PA IBU for MAGI Program - FIXED
Non-Parental Caretaker Relatives (NPCRs) will have the Spouse (SP) correctly pull into their IBU when falling into the non-filer rules.
