KEES Journal

The KEES Help Desk is aware that the KEES Journal is not holding any formatting at this time. We are looking into the issue. It is no longer necessary to submit Help Desk tickets for this issue. We will provide an update as soon as one is available.

 

Error at eLinking

The KEES Help Desk is aware that an error is being received on the last Save and Continue during the eLinking process. Most times, the eApp seems to still link to the case, but it is NOT passing the Case Number back to the associated task; therefore preventing the task from being completed. As a workaround, staff may manually assign the case number to the registration related task so that it can be completed. It is no longer necessary to submit Help Desk tickets for this issue.

 

eApp Status Not Updating After EDBC

The KEES Help Desk has received some reports from Medical Staff that the Status of eApps are not updating after EDBC has been run. If you encounter this issue, please have a ticket submitted. As a workaround, staff may manually update the eApp Status to Processed by Worker.
