Medical Processing Deadlines

Non-Medical Programs

 

LIEAP No Touch Registration – Manual Tasks

If the LIEAP Registration BOT cannot register an e-Application, a LIEAP No Touch Registration – Manual Task is generated in KEES for the LIEAP queue to alert staff the e-Application must be manually registered. These tasks should be claimed, registered and added to the EES Tracker by Support Staff on a daily basis. It is important to note these tasks are located in the LIEAP queue, not the Administrative queue.

 

If there is already an Active LIEAP Program Block on a case and a client submits another e-Application, the LIEAP Registration BOT links the e-Application to the Case Number, updates the e-App Status to Duplicate and generates a LIEAP No Touch Registration – Manual Task. In this scenario, Support Staff should claim the task and add the application to the EES Tracker for the LIEAP team with a standard comment of DUP MM/DD/YYYY. It is important for LIEAP staff to look at these applications to ensure address and vendor information do not need to be updated.  

 

Viewing Updated Information in the KEES User Manual
