RE-Run Reason not available

We are aware of the issue with the RE-Run reason not being available on EDBC when a new program app was created in error. We are working to fix this issue in the system. Zero Error when Claiming a Task

We are aware of the issue with a Zero Error populating when the application has gone through No Touch, and a worker attempts to claim the task. We are working to fix this issue in the system. If you encounter this issue, please submit a Help Desk ticket.

 

Active FRI Receiving a Passing MDN Budget

We are aware of the issue with a Medical Applicant being an active FRI on EDBC, but then receiving a passing MDN budget. We are working to fix this issue in the system. If you encounter this issue, please submit a Help Desk ticket.

 

E-app Status not Updating after Accepting EDBC

We are aware of the E-app status not updating on a case after EDBC has been ran and accepted. We are working to fix this issue in the system. If you encounter this issue, please submit a Help Desk ticket.
