MMIS updates for non-active members
Updates made on Individual Demographics for any non-active person do not automatically push to MMIS if the person is inactive at the time the update is made.
For example: Individual is needing a First Name updated because of a spelling error. The update is being made in the calendar month of 02/2019. The individual was last active in KEES and MMIS in 01/2019. Since this update is being made in 02/2019 and the individual is not active in 02/2019, the update will not be made.
In these situations, when any data on Individual Demographics has been updated, and the data needs to be sent to MMIS, the worker must also submit a ticket to the Help Desk so that the correct updated information can be manually pushed to MMIS.
