Non-Medical Programs

SDX Moved Out of State Task

Staff need to follow the process listed below when working the SDX Moved Out of State task. The DCF Task Desk Aid will be updated to reflect this process.

  1. Call the consumer for their updated address. Add the new address in KEES, run EDBC, and send the discontinuance NOA.
  2. If you cannot get ahold of the consumer then request a TPQY update, set a record on the Verification List page, and send the V000: More Information Needed.
  3. Add the new address if the consumer responds, run EDBC and send the discontinuance NOA.
  4. If the consumer does not respond within 10 days, the Verification Not Received task generates. Check TPQY at this point. Add the new address in KEES, run EDBC, and send the discontinuance NOA.

 

Skipped Issuance Report K2K

A K2K on the Skipped Issuance Report has been created and can be found in the KEES User Manual and the DCF Intranet.
