KEES February Release Notes
The following issues will be fixed with the February release:
SSP Change Reporting: SSP Change Reporting has been updated to reflect that clients must cooperate with Child Support Services (CSS) for cash assistance, child care, and food assistance. Previously, Change Reporting told the client they did not need to cooperate with CSS for Food Assistance.
SSP PDF: In some instances, SSP e-Application PDFs were showing a consumer applied for LIEAP and another EES program at the same time. LIEAP requires a separate application from other programs and the SSP prevents the consumer from applying for LIEAP and another program at the same time. This has been fixed.
Tasks:
The Open WP-Assign Component task was not consistently generating for the Work Programs queue after approving TANF. This has been fixed.
In some instance, the Open WP-Assign Component task generated too early for the Work Program queue when the TANF program block was still Pending. This has been fixed.
Tasks associated to Food Assistance and Expedited Food Assistance were routing to the Red queue when they should be routed to the Green queue. This has been fixed.
LIEAP worker assignment: LIEAP Only: Automatic worker assignment for LIEAP has been fixed. Staff no longer need to manually re-assign the program block to the correct worker ID.
Child Care Additional Correspondence Recipient Administrative Role: The act of having an Additional Correspondence Recipient as an Administrative Role on Child Care program blocks was resulting in a zero error when creating a new Family Plan or when making changes to an existing Family Plan. This has been fixed and the workaround communicated in the 2/15/19 dispatch can be retired.
Hard Stop EDBC Validation for Reviews: When running EDBC the month prior to a Food Assistance Review Date, staff were experiencing a hard stop error message stating a Review must be completed. This has been fixed.
