When calculating self-employment income, the Use button is not selecting the proper value as it should. Currently, the Average Amount is being populated in the Reported Amount field. Staff should determine if the AVG Monthly w/25% or the AVG Monthly w/Itemized Reported amount should be used, based on which is more beneficial to the consumer. Enter the correct value in the Reported Amount field.

The KEES Help Desk has received several e-mails lately regarding the Foster Care EDBC generating an Error aid code when the expected aid code is IPL.
This is happening when the Resource Type for the Placement on the Child Placement page has a Type of Adult-Jail, Juvenile Correctional Facility, and Independent Living. When the Error code is received please submit a ticket to the KEES Help Desk. The KEES Help Desk will provide the work around and associate the Incident ticket to a Problem ticket so that the resources can be corrected when this problem is fixed.
