Display of EDBC Dates on the EDBC List Page:
When viewing EDBC Results on the EDBC List page, the To: field should default to the EDBC come-up month. However, this field is not in sync with the EDBC come- up month changes implemented with the January release. In order to make sure the most recent EDBC displays on the EDBC List page, staff should change or remove the date in the To: field prior to clicking the View button until this is fixed.
Selecting a Run Reason when Processing a Review
When a program is due for review, a validation warning appears if staff try to run EDBC without a Run Reason. KEES should only present staff with the RE Run Reason option; however, KEES is allowing any run reason to be selected. The RE run reason is the ONLY option that should be selected when processing a review. Using another run reason creates downstream issues with the case.
February 2019 Review Discontinuance
An issue was discovered after the Review Discontinuance Batch ran to discontinue reviews due in 02/2019. The issue did not allow the majority of reviews that met the criteria to be discontinued. The issue has been corrected and a batch was run the night of 03/04/2019 to discontinue effective 04/01/2019 those that should have been discontinued previously in the 02/2019 batch run. Reviews due in March will be discontinued at a later date in March.

e-Applications Routing to the Greensburg Office Location:
Applications submitted through the SSP are routing to the Greensburg office location. These applications should be registered and processed by the Dodge City office. Until this is fixed, staff in the Dodge City office need to multi-select Dodge City DCF Service Center and Greensburg DCF Service Center from the Location drop-down menu on the Task Inventory page to bring back SSP application tasks associated to both offices. To multi-select the offices:
Click on Dodge City DCF Service Center
Press and hold the Ctrl key from your computer keyboard
Click the Greensburg DCF Service Center.
Both locations are now selected. Apply any other applicable filters, such as SSP Non-Medical from the e-App Source drop-down menu and click the Search button.
Primary Vendor Display on the LIEAP Program Block:
When One Gas is selected as the Primary Vendor (Priority 1) on the Money Management Detail page, it does not display as expected in the LIEAP Program Block on the Case Summary page. Until this is fixed, staff need to look at the Money Management Detail page or EDBC Results to confirm One Gas is the Primary Vendor when troubleshooting a processed case. One Gas is the only known impacted vendor at this time.
