We are aware the Received Date may be incorrect on the task when created via the Contact Log. When this occurs take screenshots and submit Help Desk tickets for this issue.

 

No Role Reason in EDBC Causing an Override Error

We are aware of the no Role Reason in EDBC causing an override error. Continue to submit Help Desk tickets for this issue as data fixes are required.

 

Regenerate Button

We are aware that the Regenerate button on Distributed Documents Search page is not working. If you need to regenerate a form, submit a Help Desk ticket so that we can be aware of the impact this is having.
