EDBC Not High-Dating after Reviews Batch Run

The Medical Reviews Batch is scheduled to run over the weekend. Due to this, effective March 8th  workers will be unable to get a high-dated EDBC result when completing case actions on programs that had a review due and have run through the most recent Reviews Batch. The issue arises when EDBC needs to be run on a program that received a No Review, Passive, or Super Passive Review by the batch. Since the batch runs in the month after the come-up month (which is not currently available to staff), changes can only be made through the current come-up month until that next month becomes available. If you experience this issue, please complete one of the following actions based on the type of work being performed.

  1. If you are working from a report for a clean-up project, and do not have a task in KEES, run EDBC up through the current come-up month and mark this on the report to return to when the next month is available and EDBC can be high-dated.

  2. If you have a task in KEES that you are working from, run EDBC up through the come-up month and place the task on hold until the next month is available and EDBC can be high-dated.
