The 1700 Error that was appearing when EDBC was ran on an FA case when the non-compliance dates were before the start of the program, has been fixed.
When calculating a Food Assistance overpayment for a month from January 2021 through June 2021, the 15% increase cannot be included in the overpayment claim. Staff will need to use the ES-1510.1T to determine the correct overpayment amount and then will need to follow the Creating an External Recovery Account instructions in the KEES User Manual. If an overpayment is set up incorrectly, staff will need to contact the KEES Help Desk to adjust the claim to the correct amount.
