It has been reported that staff are adding Suspended or Closed Resources as Administrative Roles on a cases. Only Active RDB entries should be added to the case. Staff can check the status of the resource record in KEES on the Resource Databank tab, in the Resource Detail by clicking the hyperlink showing the name of the Resource.

If there are no Active entries for Medical, a Medical RDB Request form will need to be sent to the Central Office RDB mailbox at kdhe.CentralOfficeRDB@ks.gov to to have the RDB updated to Active status or added.
