*Due to a scheduled KEES build, all Portals will be down from 6am-12pm (Med & Non-Med SSP, PE Portal, Doc Upload Portal, Provider Portal)

New Workaround Numbering

We are changing how we are assigning workaround numbers when WAs are put into the KEES User Manual. This is just a new way for us to be able to track the WAs we are using. The current WAs being used will stay numbered the way they are. Moving forward any new WA we create and add will have the following format:  

 

WA XXXXXX

KanCare Proactive Communications Schedule

The KanCare Proactive Communication Schedule is available on the KEES Repository under KDHE Communications. The calendar was updated on 12/09/2024 to include holidays for the months of 09/2024 through 08/2025.
