KEES Availability
Saturday 3/23: 8am-8pm
Sunday 3/24: 12pm-6pm (March Release)
A build is scheduled for this weekend. Below is a summary of what is included in the release as well as any workarounds that will no longer be necessary.
The following issues will be fixed with the March Release:
Data Collection
Person Search results were displaying the consumer’s previous address. This issue has been fixed to display the consumer’s current address as listed on the Contact Summary page.
KDHE and DCF have decided to modify security around the ability to remove records in an effort to reduce the potential impact removing these records may have on consumer eligibility. Examples of impacted pages include the Income List page, Resource List page, and Expense List page. Moving forward, only staff with a Supervisor security role will be able to remove records from these pages. As a reminder, these are Shared Data pages and business processes do not support removing a record tied to the other agency’s program. Information about how each agency uses data collection pages in KEES can be found at Data Collection Page Desk Aid - Non-Medical for DCF staff, and at Data Collection Page Desk Aid - Medical for KDHE staff.
The following issues will be fixed with the March Release:
Medical Review Forms
The PA’s, SP's and Dependent Family member’s info should now correctly display in the Community SP/Dependent section for the KC1700 and KC1600 E&D Passive and Pre-Pop Review forms.
Medical Review Batch
The Medical Review’s Batch was not considering the RC Test results for individuals with an Active FRI status. This issue has now been fixed. If staff notice this issue in future Medical Review Batches, please report an incident ticket to the KEES Helpdesk.
Tasks
Incorrect Review Due dates were populating on Medical “Review” and “Process Review” tasks. This issue has now been fixed and the correct Review Due date should now populate on the tasks.
Medical Processing Deadlines
Processing Deadlines – Fiscal Year 2019 can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
The following issues will be fixed with the March Release:
Activity Progress Detail Page
KEES was not allowing Career Navigators to enter 0 hours for non-countable activities in the monthly and weekly total fields on the Activity Progress Detail page. Instead, staff had to enter 0 hours on each day. This issue has been fixed to allow staff to enter 0 hours in the monthly and weekly total fields.
Forms
The V801: Case Transfer Notice form has been fixed to only display persons receiving assistance instead of everyone associated to the case. Standard Copy and Paste text in the V808 is no longer needed.
The ES-3501: LIEAP Request for Information form has been fixed to retain the checkboxes selected when sending the form to the consumer.
LIEAP e-Applications
LIEAP e-Applications for consumers with a physical address in Missouri were submitting with a KanCare Clearinghouse location. This has been fixed to submit these e-applications with a Kansas City Service Center location
