Data Acceptance/Rejection
Last weekend an update went into KEES that took away the “Remove” functionality from the Medical Condition List, Expense List, Medicare Expense, Resource List, Citizenship/Identity List, and Income List pages in KEES at the worker level for Medical staff. This is a reminder to Medical staff that if you are performing data acceptance the Reject function should be used if a record is not needed in KEES. If the record is accepted, this will possibly cause a need to have that record removed by the supervisor. Staff should be prudent when evaluating data and inserting it into KEES during data acceptance and during manual entry. Staff and Supervisors should also ensure that records are not removed inappropriately.
