There is currently an issue where some facility notices have the City, State, Zip Code line of the address cut off which can cause returned mail. Staff need to fully review each notice and if the address is cut off, staff will need to navigate back to the Distributed Documents Search page and if the facility form is generated for anyone other than the facility, staff should delete the additional forms generated for the Administrative Roles. This is a known issue for facility notices and additional tickets do not need to be sent to the KEES Help Desk at this time.
