Both of these ImageNow queues are experiencing a backlog due to the high volume of eApplication submissions that have been received. The INMAC Feed queue will catch up some overnight, when fewer submissions are received; however, the INMAC Error queue has to be worked manually. We will continue to provide an update on the progress of these queues.

On 3/31/2020, KEES sent out an automated notice to programs that were not discontinued due to failure to return their March 2020 review. The informational notice titled COVID 19 Renewal can be located by searching Distributed Documents by case number.
The notice is informational only and should not be deleted from Distributed Documents. The notice should also not be regenerated from Distributed Documents. When looking at the notice, there is no address information or case data on the notice. The information was on the notice sent to the household, but does not appear on the one listed on the document page.
