A build is scheduled for tonight. Below is a summary of what is included.
KEES was not consistently updating the Case Head’s case name when the individual’s name was updated on Individual Demographics. This has been fixed.
The reported issue of consumers not being able to view archived messages in their SSP Message Portal has been fixed.
Staff will now see all Case Link request tasks being created for the Med/Non-Med SSP.
Staff will no longer see Client IDs creating with a SSN that already exists in KEES.
Clients will no longer have multiple high-dated addresses in KEES at the same time.
The reported issue of an error message on the Expense Detail page for Utility Allowance disabling the View button has been resolved.
Staff will now be able to use 02/29/2024 (Leap Day) as a valid end date on the Expense List, Contact List, and Employment List pages in KEES.
Staff will now be able to remove a Self-Employment Employer record from the Employment List page.
The reported issue of some FFM PDFs not generating in Perceptive Content since 02/12/2024 has been resolved.
Staff will now see accurate case details displaying on the Person View page.
Response ID on the KDOL Wages Interface List page will show Success when the RC test pulls income.
Consumers will no longer see an 8600 Error when submitting their Review on the SSP.
Staff will see the correct pending begin month when using Multi-Month option to run EDBC.
Income Amount Detail page will have the correct effective End Date showing from the Income Detail page allowing correct Income to be used in the determination.
KDHE Processing Deadlines for FY 2025 has been updated and can be found on the KEES Repository under Other Helpful Information.
Staff should no longer experience a 504 Gateway error when calculating and saving a Child Care Family Plan.
SDX SSI Income Ended tasks have been fixed to no longer generate for Non-Medical cases.
The Previous Case List page has been fixed to display with selectable Case Number(s) when linking an e-Change to a case.
The Child Care Discontinuance NOA logic has been fixed to display the snippet a member of the case has not cooperated with Child Support Services when running EDBC for a Child Care review and there is a CSS non-compliance on the case.
KEES has been fixed to always generate a PDF for e-Reviews (review submitted through the SSP).
The DCF Processing Deadlines – Year 2024 have been updated, and can be found on the DCF Intranet under Policy and Procedures and in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
The PPS Payment Schedule for FY 2024 has been updated in the KEES Non-Medical User Manual.
