Both of these ImageNow queues are experiencing a backlog due to the high volume of eApplication submissions that have been received. The INMAC Feed queue will catch up some overnight, when fewer submissions are received; however, the INMAC Error queue has to be worked manually. We will continue to provide an update on the progress of these queues.
INMAC Feed: 178 documents
INMAC Error: 674 documents
The Buy In Deletion Report that is received on 4/14/2020 will include all cases that lost eligibility 2/29/2020. However, since Buy In is paid in advance and Kansas has a 2 month wait time for deletions, these cases have continued to be paid by the Kansas Buy In program. In order for these cases to not be deleted from the State Buy In in this month per the COVID-19 policy, the MMIS needs to show ongoing eligibility, without any gaps, on the MMIS Beneficiary Eligibility screen before April 21, 2020 (please remind staff to not look at the Buy In Coverage screen to confirm eligibility, they must look at Beneficiary Eligibility).
Example: if the MMIS shows eligibility ending 2/29/2020 and eligibility is received for 4/2020 and not for 3/2020. There cannot be a gap in eligibility for buy in to continue.
Reminder: Cases closed for residency, voluntary withdrawal, deceased, and incarceration are appropriate and should not continue Buy-In per PD2020-03-01.
